Property Accountant – Overland Park, KS
Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a Property Accountant to manage accounting, reporting, and monthly sales tax returns for 60+ property locations. The role demands problem‑solving skills and rapid discrepancy resolution.

Benefits- Salary:
Dependent on experience, $45,000.00 – $50,000.00. - Daily Pay Access:

- Communicate effectively with managers and vendors.
- Data entry.
- Accounts payable processing.
- Reconcile all bank accounts.
- File sales tax returns.
- Track property cash accounts and manage compliance to HMC Cash Handling Policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of property accounting (AP) experience OR Accounting/Business Administration minor in Accounting or equivalent degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A great attitude.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
