Who You Are

Administrative Services Manager – Safety & Infrastructure is a member of the infrastructure department and collaborates with the utility delivery & operations, EHS, and procurement teams to assist with day‑to‑day administrative support. This resource is personable and professional with strong project & time management skills who coordinates the various tasks of the team with efficiency and the utmost confidentiality. This role combines high‑level administrative oversight, strategic office management, and executive support to ensure operational excellence across departments.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, capable of navigating complex environments with discretion and professionalism.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee and optimize incoming and outgoing communications, including mail and digital correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate complex travel logistics and expense management for cross‑functional teams, including reconciliation and reporting aligned with company policies.
  • Maintain and enhance the infrastructure intranet site, ensuring content accuracy, usability, and alignment with departmental priorities.
  • Strategically manage meeting schedules, including cross‑departmental coordination, agenda preparation, and follow‑up tracking of action items.
  • Lead facilities onboarding processes for new team members, partnering with HR and department leads to deliver a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Events teams to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that support Safety & Infrastructure goals, including logistics and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide high‑level administrative support across departments, including document execution (Docu Sign), secure file handling, and coordination of bulk communications and mailings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need to Be Successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, Development or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 or more years in construction management, real estate development or training field.
  • Strong understanding of construction and development processes, practices, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and learning tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience working in the data center industry.
