Role Description

This is a full-time, Monday - Friday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, on-site role located in Overland Park, KS, for a Facilities Specialist at ESFM® USA. The Facilities Specialist will oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, training, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient facility management. Other key responsibilities include supporting construction projects, overseeing adherence to safety standards, and utilizing Microsoft Office tools to manage schedules, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Facility Management (FM), including daily operations and workplace environment improvement.
  • Previous Union Experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Training and Administration to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Experience in Construction and oversight of related projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
  • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and safety‑focused environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and safety compliance standards is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in facility management or related fields are beneficial.
