The Quick Lane Technician is responsible for performing basic maintenance and light repair services in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow in the automotive industry with a dealership that values training, professionalism, and internal advancement.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and notify the service team of any issues or needed repairs.
• Replace filters, bulbs, wipers, and other minor components as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized service bay.
• Ensure all work is performed according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of automotive maintenance or technician experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced technician roles.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
