Pricing Analyst (On-site – Kansas City Metro Area Required) — Full-time position based at our headquarters in Overland Park, KS
. Candidates must reside in the Kansas City Metro area or be in the process of relocating prior to the start date.

Reports To: FP&A Director

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving pricing models across our 3PL operations. The Pricing Analyst will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Account Management to ensure pricing strategies are competitive, accurate, and aligned with company profitability goals.

• Build and maintain pricing models for warehousing, transportation, and value-added services.
• Evaluate customer proposals, RFQs, and renewals to ensure profitability and alignment with strategic goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost drivers (labor, transportation, fuel, etc.).
• Partner with Operations to understand true cost-to-serve and translate into pricing strategies.
• Provide margin analysis and scenario modeling to support leadership decision-making.
• Monitor customer-level profitability and flag accounts at risk of underperformance.
• Work with Sales teams to structure new deals and renewals.
• Support Billing & Revenue teams to ensure pricing setup in systems is accurate and applied consistently.
• Partner with FP&A to provide input for budgeting and forecasting.
• Standardize pricing methodologies across business units.
• Develop reporting and dashboards that improve visibility into pricing performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate pricing workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or business analytics (experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain strongly preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables); experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
