RoleOperations Analyst
The Services Operations Analyst plays a key role in connecting our Sales, Finance, and Services teams to ensure smooth project execution and accurate reporting. This role focuses on improving operational workflows, managing project data, and analyzing trends to help identify revenue opportunities and support strategic decision-making. A recent example of the team s impact includes automating project creation in Salesforce using UiPath, which reduced manual data entry and allowed for more meaningful collaboration with project leaders.
In this role, you will manage the services backlog, support project setup and closure, monitor budgets and milestones, and troubleshoot schedules. You ll work closely with Practice Directors and Project Managers to ensure projects align with scope and best practices. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking, as well as the ability to work independently.
You ll receive hands-on training and have opportunities to grow within Operations or transition into Project Management roles, building a strong foundation in how our business operates.
- Maintain and update the services backlog by practice and delivery group, ensuring accurate project setup, closure, and status tracking.
- Monitor operational status and manage intervention and problem solving with project managers and operations managers.
- Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reporting.
- Communicate and collaborate with Practice Directors, Project Managers, Sales, and Revenue Managers to ensure alignment on project scopes, milestones, and risks.
- Participate in or lead process design, implementation, and improvement initiatives.
- Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects, including reviewing project status and budgets.
- Monitor project budgets and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing risks, write-offs, and changes to schedules.
- Assess operational issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Analyze operational data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
Required
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Preferred
- Experience with operational analysis including data collection, reporting and analytics
