Executive Search Consultant | Delivering Gems of Talent to RIA's, Single Family & Multi-Family Offices Nationwide Compliance & Operations Manager (On-Site)
Join an established and growing ~$1B RIA serving high net worth families in a thoughtful, mission-driven environment. This role strengthens the firm’s operational core and supports a culture that values curiosity, problem-solving, and authentic client relationships.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support two operations specialists while ensuring smooth client operations
- Improve systems, processes, and technology across billing, reporting, and workflows
- Oversee billing, retirement account processing, and insurance/annuity administration
- Support compliance supervision, internal reviews, and firmwide training initiatives
- Base salary $90,000-$110,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual bonus opportunity (typically 5-15% of base)
- Medical, dental, vision benefits; retirement plan with up to 3% match; PTO
- Primarily on-site with occasional flexibility
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Operations and/or compliance background
- Licensing preferred (Series 7 & 66 or Series 63 & 65)
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and process-improvement mindset
