Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all civil construction activities related to the project, including site supervision, quality assurance, safety, and compliance.
• Manage service providers (SP/ASP) to ensure adherence to timelines, Ericsson standards, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate site pre-inspections, post-construction audits, and visual inspections.
• Interface with internal stakeholders (IM Lead, CPM, Admin) and external parties (Service Providers, Vendors).
• Ensure accurate material delivery, reject incorrect deliveries, and manage material orders and returns.
• Maintain construction documentation in Site Handler, including pre-construction and closeout packages.
• Perform site verification, write claims, and monitor daily progress via PFA.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and construction challenges.
• Enforce all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support improvement initiatives and contribute to procedural enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in wireless telecom construction or similar field.
• Strong working knowledge of RFDS, SOW, Site Handler, and construction documentation workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and work independently.
• Familiarity with Ericsson standards and procedures highly preferred.
• Proven leadership in coordinating multiple trades and service providers on site.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of workers’ safety, environmental safety, and civil design interpretation.
• This role requires 60% travel to project sites.
• Remote work available when not on-site.
• Field environments may include rooftops, DAS/in-building sites, and various urban or remote locations.
