Teller - College Square Orland Park, KS

Overview

The Teller is accountable for exceptional service when processing customer transactions at branch locations. Tellers work with FNBO customers with a friendly, positive attitude; they must take pride in their work and be committed to a common set of values outlined in the FNBO Operating Philosophy.

As a Teller you will process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, make the right decisions for our customers, and contribute to a team culture. You will receive training and participate in development activities to grow your bank‑related skills.

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds (desired)
• Previous cash handling experience (desired)
• Previous Teller experience (desired)
• Demonstrated customer service skills (desired)
• Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills (desired)
• Bilingual in Spanish (desired)

Starting pay for Teller positions is $19 per hour, with final compensation offer based on experience, education, and skill level.
