Job Overview

Lend Nation is seeking an energetic and positive Customer Service Representative to join our team as a full‑time entry‑level position. The role is located at Store 1262, 7637 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66204.

• Complete cash transactions for customers
• Initiate customer loans
• Contact customers about past‑due payments
• Work rotating shifts with some Saturdays;
  Sundays off

• Excellent customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with maintained auto insurance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance is essential
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
