After a 90‑day onsite training period, the position may be performed remotely.

• Collect on delinquent and defaulted loans.
• Ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal policy, procedures and laws.
• Retain customers by resolving past‑due balances through negotiated payment arrangements or refinancing.
• Serve inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve customer loan balances.
• Maintain predictable and reliable attendance.
• Demonstrate extensive product, system, process and site knowledge.
• Work effectively in a call‑center team, both remote and onsite, and collaborate professionally with colleagues and management.
• Meet goals and standards set by the management team.
• Continuously identify ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and minimize expense or loss exposure.
• Maintain and provide excellent service and a superior experience for all customers.

• Minimum one year of collections experience; additional call‑center experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

• 8‑hour shift, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. M–F with one hour for lunch.

• Generous bonus potential.

• High school or equivalent.

• Collections: 1 year (minimum).

• Starting at $18 per hour.

• Paid in two payments of $250: first at 90 days of employment, second at 6 months.
• Bonus payments are subject to normal payroll taxes.
