As a Customer Service Fraud Representative, your focus is handling various functions associated with fraud and abuse. You’ll answer calls from both customers and non-customers as well as manual review calls. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!
What Fraud Representatives Enjoy Most- Investigating and resolving customer issues
- Employing tools that detect and disrupt fraud schemes
- Evaluating and processing identity theft and customer validation claims
- Working on a wide variety of investigations
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
Fraud or customer service: 1 year, resolving difficult customer issues: 1 year - Education:
High school diploma or GED - Technical
Skills:
Knowledge of cable / telecom operations, detection and analysis, and laws / regulations related to fraud and risk management - Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication - Schedule:
Some travel required
- General knowledge of Fraud operations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Effective organization and time management when multitasking
