Attendant, Pool Hut

Description

The Pool Hut Attendant greets Members and guests at the outdoor pool entrance. The Attendant creates a welcoming environment, checks-in guests, processes payments for passes and answers customer questions.

• The Pool Hut is open every day between Memorial Day and Labor Day from 11am to 8pm
• Daytime, evening and weekend shifts are available
• FREE access to The J's state-of-the art fitness center

• Greet all J Members and guests in a timely and welcoming manner
• Use software to sell pool passes, check-in members and find information requested by customers
• Handle customer complaints/comments in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand and follow policies of The J and the Pool Hut

Requirements

• At least 15 years old
• Basic customer service knowledge is a plus
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Personable and friendly
• Reliable and punctual attendance
  
  Able to multi-task

• Requires constant standing and walking during shifts
• Must be able to bend, crouch, and lift/move/fold towels
