• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
• Verify and collect client information accurately
• Assist with client registration and check-in processes
• Maintain and update client records
• Handle inquiries and process payments
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth appointment flow
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive client experience

• Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or customer-facing role
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle client concerns professionally
• Experience with scheduling systems, phone systems, and basic office technology
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Familiarity with general office procedures and daily operations
