- Collaborate Across Disciplines:
Work seamlessly with professionals from various engineering fields, ensuring smooth coordination and integration of designs - Lead Design Initiatives:
Develop innovative design studies, craft comprehensive project scopes, and produce accurate engineering estimates - Innovate Solutions:
Tackle complex technical challenges with fresh ideas and creative problem-solving strategies - Engage in Field Operations:

Lead by example, motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals with a positive, results-driven attitude and effective leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Structural Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent training, education and experience
- Minimum of 10 years of power system design experience in the Nuclear or Power Industry
- Experience in one of the following industries required: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, and government (DOE) projects
- Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations is desired
- Knowledge of discipline-specific computer analysis codes as well as standard office production software
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Familiar with the International Building code and building code design
- Good writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
- Familiar with concrete and steel design codes and with working stress and ultimate strength design approaches
- Candidates who have mentorship experience or a desire to mentor early to mid career engineers preferred
- Must be able to get badged at a nuclear facility
- Must be able to perform plant walkdowns
Pay Range: USD 90,000. per year
