Senior Process Engineer – LNG (Oil & Gas) at Black & Veatch, located in Overland Park, KS or Houston, TX. Full‑time, Staff level, no relocation requirement.

• Lead process engineering design of chemical facilities including LNG, Carbon Capture, Hydrogen, Fertilizers, Gasification, Fermentation, Sulfur Recovery, Gas Treatment, Biofuels, Syngas Processing.
• Implement solutions through project lifecycle: feasibility, FEL stages, FEED, detailed design, EPC and commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their work.

• Provide guidance on design guides, standards, systems, applicable codes and B&V policies.
• Apply B&V quality program; promote culture conducive to quality.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables; perform research and develop recommendations.
• Develop and apply advanced engineering solutions; manage budget, schedule, quality.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams on complex projects.
• Communicate client interests and develop approaches to accommodate them.
• Support business development or pursuit activities.
• Serve as technical specialist; develop and apply advanced engineering concepts.
• Mentor lower level professionals; identify successors.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 11 years of related work experience.
• Must complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle record search).
