The Sr. Development Engineer role at Nvision

KC is responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategy, overseeing the technical direction, strategy, and execution of projects within the company.

We are specifically seeking developers with the following skills:

• .NET Core Development
• Power Apps

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leadership:

• Foster a high‑performing, collaborative, and innovative engineering team culture via leadership, mentoring, and development.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining top engineering talent, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and resources necessary for success.

Technical Acumen:

• Provide hands‑on technical leadership in the Microsoft stack including AI, Custom Development, and Process Automation and ensure best practices in software development, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant innovations into the company’s products and services.
• Work with sales team to review customer needs and provide guidance on technical implementation, labor estimates, licensing requirements, and potential project risks.

Project Oversight:

• Assist project managers with planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure that engineering deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with customer expectations.

Client Engagement:

• Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through quality delivery and proactive communication.

Solution Development:

• Monitor engineering costs and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and cost‑effectiveness.
