As the Project Development Manager – Integrated Campus
, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage all aspects of early development for medium to large integrated campus projects, including multi‑technology evaluations, concept design, risk and opportunity evaluations, cost estimates, schedule development, detailed design execution planning, and overall quality of deliverables
• Be responsible for the day‑to‑day successful execution of early project development scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction
• Provide for the successful staffing of the project
• Manage and lead small and medium sized teams of multi‑discipline professionals
• Coordinate and integrate the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third‑party companies contributing to the initiative
• Work with clients to understand their portfolio needs and goals to develop viable solutions to meet their needs.

• Project Complexity – Manages medium to large engineering projects involving multiple clients or partners, or small EPC projects with minimal risk. Proven experience delivering projects through all phases of the engagement – analyses, design, build, commissioning, and operations.
• Number of Projects and/or Clients – Manages multiple services clients and/or a small EPC project client and/or projects where the project team, client structure and/or project location present challenges.
• Client Management – Responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with assigned clients and identifying key client interests and drivers on projects and pursuits and communicating with team members. Obtains new/repeat business on medium to large size projects.
• Business Development – Support and develop project estimates and proposals including scope, cost and schedule according to client requirements and bid process. Support and develop proposal preparation, client presentations and contract negotiations with clients.
