We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of engineering tasks, leveraging their expertise to drive quality and efficiency.

• Lead engineering technician tasks with minimal supervision, utilizing electronic applications and document control processes.
• Apply knowledge of engineering standards, systems, and codes to ensure project compliance.
• Enhance quality and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring deliverables meet project standards.
• Develop and create design deliverables, using various design inputs and improving methods and processes.
• Coordinate project deliverables with other teams to minimize errors and support field activities.
• Share knowledge of new technologies and provide guidance to other team members.

• 3-5 years of experience with Autodesk Inventor and SDS in the substation industry.
• Strong background in the substation industry is essential.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to others.
• Proficient in applying engineering standards and quality improvement processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

• Diploma or Certificate preferred.
• Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Technology is a plus.
