Garver seeks an experienced Stormwater Practice Lead to join the Kansas/Missouri Water Team. You will lead a civil engineering group focused on municipal stormwater infrastructure, planning, design, and permitting, with emphasis on MS4 compliance and GSI opportunities.
You will mentor project managers and engineers, win work through strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Stormwater modeling tools.
