Base pay range $15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

An Andretti Host is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding guest service expectations, and providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions help guests in various areas, in many capacities, and follow Andretti Indoor Karting & Games' high standards of quality guest satisfaction.

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Meet, greet and seat guests to ensure positive guest experiences.
• Make fair and consistent decisions on seating for guests and parties.
• Provide information regarding all aspects of the restaurant and company, including specials.
• Tend to guests' special needs and requests, ensuring service staff and kitchen are aware of allergies.
• Assist with delivering food to guests.
• Support the busser department in set up, breakdown, and cleaning of tables.
• Observe, instruct, and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive guest experiences.
• Maintain a constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product, and policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and co-workers.
• Perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Be aware and knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.
