We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Finance Manager to partner with our Marketing organization. This role will be the financial lead for media performance, measurement, and ROI and will play a critical role in building a comprehensive, enterprise-wide Cost Per Activation (CPA) framework that pulls together data and costs from multiple business areas.
This leader will own dashboards, reporting foundations, and financial insights that guide high-stakes decisions. The ideal candidate blends strong FP&A experience with hands‑on Power BI and data modeling skills, along with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex cross‑functional environments.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the financial lead for media performance, marketing ROI, and investment effectiveness.
- Own the marketing portion of the enterprise CPA framework ensuring accurate cost inputs, consistent definitions, and scalable reporting.
- Partner with leaders across Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on metrics, assumptions, and strategic decision drivers.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for Marketing, with a focus on media and demand‑generation effectiveness.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reviews including spend analysis, KPI tracking, and insights for executive decision‑making.
- Build and refine business cases for new marketing initiatives and investments.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that consolidate campaign, talent, production, and media data into a unified, digestible view for stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 10+ years experience with 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboard design) required.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrated ability to build reporting or measurement infrastructure, not just maintain existing tools.
- Strong communication skills; able to translate data‑heavy insights into executive‑ready narratives.
- Proven cross‑functional collaborator in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
- Comfortable building structure from scratch and creating clarity out of chaos.
- Can operate at both the strategic "what should we measure?" level and the technical "how do we build it?" level.
- Enjoys streamlining manual data sources into polished, scalable dashboards.
- Confident business partner who can influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.

Base Pay Range: $94,300 - $170,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year‑end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
