• Contacts leads and applications immediately, staying in touch throughout the home shopping journey.
• Negotiates loan terms, explains available programs and rates, and prepares necessary disclosures.
• Submits thorough loan files to processing, reviewing borrower documentation and ensuring all required information is obtained.
• Maintains regular communication with borrowers and referral sources, developing loan referral relationships and marketing to sources.
• Maintains knowledge of loan program guidelines, completes assigned policy and procedure reviews, and ensures compliance testing is completed.

Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications

• Twelve months of mortgage lending experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent relationship management and sales skills.
• High School Diploma required.
