What You’ll DoAs a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. - Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive‑thru, ATM, and other avenues.
- Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
- Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
- Recognize customer needs and cross‑sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric.
- Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non‑traditional products and services.

You’ve Got This- Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency.
- Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner.
- Look for cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities in a customer‑centric manner.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
