Treasury Management Operations Lead Client Support

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a proactive Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to deliver exceptional service to TM clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing service requests via phone, email, or web conferencing.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role based in Overland Park, KS. The position oversees TM team workflow, ensures KPI/SLA achievement, and trains new hires while adhering to bank policies and NACHA rules.
