The Senior Client Delivery Lead (Technical) isastrategicrolefocusedondeliveringcomplex,client-racingprojectswithastrongemphasisontechnicalexecutionandproductexpertise.

Thispositionrequiresadvancedknowledgeofourplatformcapabilities,APIintegrations,andprocessoptimization.

Thispositiondoesnotincludeteammanagementresponsibilitiesbutdemandssenior- levelexperienceinscoping,onboarding improvements,anddrivingproductenhancementsthroughcollaborationwithcross-functional teams.

• Supporttechnicalscopingsessionswithinternalstakeholderstoensureallrequirementsarecapturedbeforeprojectkickoff
• Managecomplexprojects,oftenincludingAPIintegrationsbetweenclientsystemsandinternalplatformswithprecision
• Conductrigoroustestingandvalidationoftechnicaldeliverablespriortolaunch
• Collaborate with Product and Engineeringteamstoimplementenhancements ,vendorAPIintegrationsandresolvetechnicalissues
• Driveonboardingimprovementstostreamlineclientexperienceandreducetime-to-valuebyintroducingAIandautomationintoourprocessesand Product capabilities
• Providestrategicinputonproductimprovementsbasedonclientfeedbackandtechnicalfeasibility

• ProficiencyinAPIconcepts(REST,JSON,authentication methods)
• Advancedunderstandingof Saa Sproductarchitectureandcapabilities
• Experiencewithprojectmanagementtools(e.g.,Monday,Jira)
• Stronganalyticalanddocumentationskills
• Abilitytomanagemultipletechnicalprojectssimultaneously
• DeepunderstandingofEML’sproductcapabilitiesandabilitytoleveragethemforclientsuccess
