The Senior Client Delivery Lead (Technical) isastrategicrolefocusedondeliveringcomplex,client-racingprojectswithastrongemphasisontechnicalexecutionandproductexpertise.

Thispositionrequiresadvancedknowledgeofourplatformcapabilities,APIintegrations,andprocessoptimization.

Thispositiondoesnotincludeteammanagementresponsibilitiesbutdemandssenior- levelexperienceinscoping,onboardingimprovements,anddrivingproductenhancementsthroughcollaborationwithcross-functional teams.

• Supporttechnicalscopingsessionswithinternalstakeholderstoensureallrequirementsarecapturedbeforeprojectkickoff
• Managecomplexprojects,oftenincludingAPIintegrationsbetweenclientsystemsandinternalplatformswithprecision
• Conductrigoroustestingandvalidationoftechnicaldeliverablespriortolaunch
• Collaborate with Product and Engineeringteamstoimplementenhancements ,vendorAPIintegrationsandresolvetechnicalissues
• Driveonboardingimprovementstostreamlineclientexperienceandreducetime-to-valuebyintroducingAIandautomationintoourprocessesand Productcapabilities
• Providestrategicinputonproductimprovementsbasedonclientfeedbackandtechnicalfeasibility

• ProficiencyinAPIconcepts(REST,JSON,authenticationmethods)
• Advancedunderstandingof Saa Sproductarchitectureandcapabilities
• Experiencewithprojectmanagementtools(e.g.,Monday,Jira)
• Stronganalyticalanddocumentationskills
• Abilitytomanagemultipletechnicalprojectssimultaneously
• DeepunderstandingofEML’sproductcapabilitiesandabilitytoleveragethemforclientsuccess

• 20 days' paid time off a year, plus 5 additional flex-time days once qualifying PTO has been used
