• Develop and implement loan strategies to support the company's goals
• Oversee loan officers and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage loan portfolio and risk assessment
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve success

• Develop loan policies and procedures
• Analyze credit data and financial statements
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth with a balance of sound approval procedures
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of loan processes and regulations
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions

• Provide Strategic recommendations with their Team
• Oversight of multiple departments/teams in lending and others
• Regulatory reporting and other weekly, quarterly, year-end reports
• Continued portfolio management and business development: all C-level officers at this bank keep sharp by working with a portfolio
• Leadership and planning for acquisitions and establishment of new branches
• Working collaboratively with employees, staff, community, customers, shareholders for the safe and sound management of activities.
