We are seeking a talented and motivated Portfolio Manager responsible for proactive management of a commercial loan portfolio and related commercial deposit accounts along with delivering top-tier service to our clients.

If you have a strong passion for delivering 5-star customer service and developing strong client relationships, you will be responsible for growing existing relationships to help clients meet their goals and maximize profitability. As the primary point of your portfolio client contact, you will have the self-guided opportunity to positively impact client relationships which strongly correlates to the success of the bank.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required. Will consider 2 – 5 years of experience in commercial lending in lieu of education.
• 2 – 5 years of portfolio management experience preferred; minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lending or portfolio management, with education.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of credit fundamentals, loan structuring and monitoring, bank policy, and compliance.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen.
• Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships across the bank and with customers.
• Proficiency in use of personal computer and current technology, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ability to industry-related and other in-house software programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze financial data and loan documentation, promote and monitor client relationships and growth, and conduct transaction negotiations for renewals, modifications, and new facilities for clients in the assigned portfolio.
