We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Overland Park, KS
. This role is a key member of the FP&A organization, responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across multiple business segments. The Senior FP&A Analyst partners closely with operations, commercial teams, and leadership to identify key value drivers, improve forecast accuracy, support strategic decision-making, and drive long‑term business performance.

This position is ideal for an analytical finance professional who enjoys working with complex datasets, translating financial insights into business actions, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to create value.

• Support the development and coordination of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Review and analyze budget and forecast assumptions, including commercial and operational impacts.
• Develop forecasting tools, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.

• Analyze key business drivers and provide actionable insights to support profitability, cash flow, and long‑term growth objectives.
• Utilize KPI reporting to evaluate financial performance, forecast accuracy, pricing opportunities, cost savings initiatives, and margin improvement opportunities.
• Support business development initiatives through financial modelling, analysis, and scenario planning.
• Evaluate financial information related to new business opportunities and strategic investments.

• Develop and coordinate monthly reporting packages, dashboards, presentations, and financial analyses.
• Support KPI‑driven performance measurement and business review processes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of financial reporting and business intelligence capabilities.

• Collaborate with operations, commercial teams, and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
• Serve as a trusted business partner by translating financial data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, financial visibility, and process optimisation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
