Sales Executive - Healthcare Informatics, IT and Digital Solutions – Central Region (Omaha / Des Moines / Wichita / Kansas City)

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the sales lead for the commercialization of the Siemens informatics portfolio.
  • Drive discovery and alignment of customer needs to drive digital transformation, identifying unmet needs and creating an IT ecosystem during customer engagements.
  • Leverage consultative sales strategies and value-based techniques to demonstrate ROI, operational efficiencies, and clinical outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with CMIO, CTO, CIO, and their teams at SVP, VP, and Senior Director levels in target healthcare provider organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.
  • Lead development of Statements of Work (SOWs) for digital integration initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, uncovering operational pain points and aligning them with tailored digital solutions.
  • Lead strategy sessions to define digital transformation goals and map scalable solutions.
  • Partner with the Healthcare Consulting team to identify optimization opportunities in lab workflows, staffing, and data management.
  • Drive demand generation for current and future digital products.
  • Develop solution proposals and contribute to bid responses and RFPs.
  • Present complex solutions clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless post‑sale execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities using CRM tools.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Diagnostics, Business, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in digital healthcare, diagnostic IT, or enterprise software sales in a consultative capacity.
  • Experience selling cloud‑based SaaS solutions in the healthcare space.
  • Familiarity with clinical laboratory operations, LIS systems, and automation workflows.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills for navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience developing solution proposals and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital selling tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $107,200 - $147,400
.
