Job Description

We are hiring an MA in our Neurology Clinic at our South location. This position is responsible for assisting providers and the nursing team in the delivery of professional medical care. Specific duties include pre‑visit planning, rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, utilizing the EMR system, scanning and downloading documents, administering injections, vaccine coordination, telephone screening (with protocols), phlebotomy, assisting with procedures (as needed), and duties as assigned based on respective clinic need.
The incumbent must have excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor at all times. May be responsible for covering front‑office job duties as needed. This position will be based at the South location but will float to other clinic locations within the metro area as needed.
