Good Life Innovations is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide care and companionship to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities! As a Direct Support Professional
, you will support positive behaviors, teach communication skills, maintain health and hygiene, and encourage community engagement for the individuals we serve. Your days will be spent in family‑style group homes, Day Service centers, and out in the community to assist with client goals and personal care needs.

• Front‑Half (Sun‑Wed)
• Midweek (Wed/Thu/Fri)
• Back‑Half (Wed‑Sat)
• Days: 7am‑7pm or 8am‑8pm

• At least 18 years of age
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record (day positions only)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to physically assist individuals
• Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs

• Previous caregiving or direct support experience, ideally in a residential or therapeutic setting
• Experience working with clients with aggressive or disruptive behaviors
• Training in crisis intervention or de‑escalation techniques

• Assisting or fully supporting with personal care needs (bathing, toileting, grooming)
• Teaching and supporting daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
• Transporting clients in company van
• Administering medications
• Supporting clients at their Day Service programs and in the community
• Charting/documenting data using computer system

This pay range represents Good Life's average range for this role at the time of posting. Compensation offered will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, shift type and program location.
