Job Description
Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Radiology Technologist to contribute to high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This role focuses on providing patient-centered care and collaborating with radiologists to support accurate diagnostic procedures.
Location:
Overland Park, KS
Responsibilities:
* Perform a wide range of diagnostic radiologic exams, emphasizing patient comfort and safety
* Assist radiologists during imaging procedures to ensure thorough and effective results
* Apply the ALARA principle to minimize patient exposure while maintaining image quality
* Follow state licensure guidelines and facility protocols closely to ensure compliance and safety
Qualifications:
* Completion of an accredited Radiology program
* ARRT certification and Kansas LRT licensure (must obtain within six months of employment)
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Minimum of one year experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred
Schedule:
* Full-time with options for 4x10-hour shifts or 3x12-hour shifts
* Rotating on-call duties for weekends and holidays
