To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Regency Club Department within the Rooms Division.
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Ensures that guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeat guests are pre-registered.
Implements consistent guest recognition programmes and maintain a relevant guest history database.
Assist the Assistant Manager ensuring that Regency Club Lounge is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements.
Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports guest complaints or problems to Assistant Manager if no immediate solution can be found.
Establishes a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationship.
To ensure that all guests check in/out are being handled according to the Departmental Operations Manual requirements.
Ensuring self are well knowledgeable about Hysat and GEM (Guest Experience Management).
Ensures all associates maintain an up-to-date awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.
QualificationsLeadership skills, training skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills Microsoft office and related system.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an International 5-star hotel and 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
