We’re partnering with a locally headquartered company to find a well-rounded Benefits Manager
. This position plays a vital role in benefits administration and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded HR background with strengths in benefits and systems, along with a practical, flexible approach to problem-solving. The role is based in-office in Overland Park.

• Oversee benefits administration, including 401(k) plans, vendor management, and employee support.
• Lead the company’s HRIS functions, including optimization and involvement in system evaluation and implementation.
• Provide guidance on compensation and performance management processes.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies; manage open enrollment and leave processes.
• Assist in policy updates, training, and cross-functional HR initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years managing or mentoring others.
• 3+ years of benefits administration.
• Previous experience implementing or transitioning HR systems.
• Strong communication skills with a technical and analytical mindset.
