HRIS Professional, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts. Our client, Information Technology Group, is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Global Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries and regions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute end‑to‑end payroll cycles for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to international, federal, state, and local payroll laws, tax regulations, company policies and data privacy standards.
- Partner with global payroll providers/story auditors and benefits administrators to ensure compliance and service‑level excellence.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including salary, benefits, tax information and deductions.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries professionally.
- Prepare payroll‑related reports, metrics and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, improve automation and strengthen internal controls.
- Partner with HR, Finance and Legal teams to ensure seamless data integration and policy alignment.
- Knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax requirements and compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP Global View, Workday, SAP or similar).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines across different time zones.
- Excellent problem‑sol आग्रह and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field. Master’s Degree or relevant certification (CPP, GPA or IPP) preferred.
Payroll
Experience:
3–5 years minimum; prior experience in payroll processing; 2+ years in a global/multi‑country payroll role strongly preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Global payroll compliance & tax regulations; familiarity with labor laws across multiple regions (North America®, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
Systems
Experience:
Payroll software and HRIS systems; experience with global payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle).
Certifications:
International payroll certification (GPMI, CIPP, IPP) highly desirable.
Mid‑Senior level.
