As Principal AI Engineer at Trevi Pay, you’ll own the architecture and delivery of production-grade AI systems that power the intelligence layer of our payment and invoicing solutions.

You’ll design the next generation of agentic, data-driven products—embedding reasoning, retrieval, and prediction into every transaction. Your work will directly shape how global enterprises across manufacturing, retail, logistics, and financial services grow faster, get paid sooner, and operate smarter.

• Architect and Deliver AI at Scale — Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI systems that power Trevi Pay’s core payment intelligence and A/R automation platforms. You’ll own the technical strategy from data to model to product integration—ensuring AI becomes a core driver of growth and differentiation.
• Shape the AI Vision and Technical Direction—Define the architectural standards, frameworks, and technology choices that guide how Trevi Pay builds, scales, and governs AI across the enterprise. Partner closely with product, data, and engineering leadership to align AI capabilities with business outcomes.
• Advance Applied AI Innovation—Research, evaluate, and operationalize emerging technologies—from generative AI and agentic architectures to RAG pipelines and real-time ML systems—turning leading-edge concepts into reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
