** Staff Data Analyst, Life Sciences
** will play a pivotal role in Well Sky's expansion into the life sciences market, being responsible for performing statistical modeling and data analysis to develop key metrics, reports, and visualizations that identify trends and patterns of critical Life Sciences importance.
The Staff Data Analyst is responsible for performing statistical modeling and data analysis to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations that identify trends and patterns of business importance. The scope of this job includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and presenting data to influence decision-making.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Lead large-scale, complex data analysis projects and develop strategic insights to address key business challenges.
* Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define a data strategy and priority.
* Design and optimize an advanced statistical model, dashboard, and reporting framework for enterprise-wide use.
* Mentor other analysts and drive best practices in data storytelling, analysis, and visualization.
* Perform other job duties as assigned.

* Required Qualifications:
*** Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
* 8-12 years of relevant work experience
*
* Preferred Qualifications:
*** Experience with
** Google Cloud Platform**,
** Big Query**, or
** Google Looker**.
* Experience working with Healthcare data
