• Provide desktop and application support to assigned sites.
• Serve as a technical resource for IS operations across one or multiple sites.
• Act in the absence of the Site Manager to oversee facility operations.
• Lead simple to medium‑intensity projects.
• Mentor new analysts and technicians.
• Coordinate staff schedules.
• Represent Site Manager or senior staff on project teams.
• Troubleshoot Level 2 problem calls from the Client Support Center.
• Support voice and data system installations, upgrades, and problem resolutions.
• Maintain inventories of computer‑room supplies and spare hardware.
• Maintain hard‑drive images for PC equipment assigned to the site.
• Advise end users on effective utilization of desktop applications.

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience (college experience may be substituted).
• College‑level education required (Bachelor’s Degree).
