As a Consulting Project Manager, you will be a key partner in delivering large scale transformation programs.

You will play a crucial role in tracking project timelines, managing budgets, monitoring scope, and keeping detailed records of risks, issues, and decisions. Your ability to consolidate status reports across multiple work streams, capture critical meeting notes, and ensure action items are executed will keep the project on track and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the senior program manager in coordinating workplans and consolidating status across multiple project work streams.
• Attend project meetings to capture meeting notes, action items, decisions, and next steps.
• Maintain program documentation, including timelines, budgets, scope, change control, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Regularly report on program progress and provide insights for informed decision-making.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, MS Project, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint to manage and present program data.

They are highly organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities. They are comfortable and confident with executive level communication skills and they're adept at collaborating with both internal teams and client stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
