Learning & Development Partner Manager, Life Sciences

The Learning & Development Partner designs and delivers role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's functional scope. This role builds the training curriculum, coordinates delivery alongside each AI release, and measures learning effectiveness to ensure the organization is ready to operate in new ways.

The work:

+ Design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's functional scope

+ Build the training curriculum and coordinate delivery alongside each new technology and AI agent release

+ Translate process and role redesigns into practical, accessible learning content for functional audiences

+ Measure training effectiveness and learner adoption - adjust curriculum based on feedback and adoption data

+ Collaborate with the Workforce Design Lead and change management team to align training with the overall change plan.

+ Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%

Here's what you need:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of combined experience in the following:

+ Instructional design, curriculum development, or enterprise learning in a consulting or corporate environment

+ Designing role-based training programs for technology or process transformation programs

+

Experience with digital training delivery platforms and learning management systems (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or equivalent)

+ Ability to translate technical process and role changes into practical, accessible learning content for non-technical audiences

+ Experience measuring training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement

Bonus points if you have:

+ ATD, CPTD, or equivalent instructional design certification

+ Experience using AI-generated content tools to accelerate training curriculum development and personalization

+ Background in Life Sciences regulatory or compliance training design

+ Familiarity with AI-enabled learning platforms and adaptive learning technologies

+ Experience coordinating training delivery across multiple simultaneous technology releases

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
