The Senior Client Delivery Lead (Technical) isastrategicrolefocusedondeliveringcomplex,client-racingprojectswithastrongemphasisontechnicalexecutionandproductexpertise.
Thispositionrequiresadvancedknowledgeofourplatformcapabilities,APIintegrations,andprocessoptimization.
Thispositiondoesnotincludeteammanagementresponsibilitiesbutdemandssenior-levelexperienceinscoping,onboardingimprovements,anddrivingproductenhancementsthroughcollaborationwithcross-functional teams.
- Supporttechnicalscopingsessionswithinternalstakeholderstoensureallrequirementsarecapturedbeforeprojectkickoff
- Managecomplexprojects,oftenincludingAPIintegrationsbetweenclientsystemsandinternalplatformswithprecision
- Collaborate with Product and Engineeringteamstoimplementenhancements ,vendorAPIintegrationsandresolvetechnicalissues
- Driveonboardingimprovementstostreamlineclientexperienceandreducetime-to-valuebyintroducingAIandautomationintoourprocessesand Productcapabilities
- Providestrategicinputonproductimprovementsbasedonclientfeedbackandtechnicalfeasibility
- ProficiencyinAPIconcepts(REST,JSON,authenticationmethods)
- Advancedunderstandingof Saa Sproductarchitectureandcapabilities
- Experiencewithprojectmanagementtools(e.g.,Monday,Jira)
- DeepunderstandingofEML’sproductcapabilitiesandabilitytoleveragethemforclientsuccess
