EVERSANA seeks an experienced AI Engineering & Enablement Lead to stand up and govern an AI Hub Center of Excellence within Patient Services Technology. You will own the adoption of AI tooling, govern the SDLC transformation, and lead a hybrid onshore/offshore team through architecture decisions and delivery.
You will drive AI velocity KPIs, ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance, and partner with CTO/CFO leadership to translate technical strategy into business value.
