A leading insurance provider is seeking ambitious college graduates for its Surety Underwriting Development Program. This 12-month initiative provides structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and rotations across product lines. Participants will learn about financial analysis, bonding decisions, and creditworthiness while developing strong relationships with customers and peers. Following the program, graduates will transition into Surety Underwriters, with opportunities based on location.
We're looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
