As a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner Associate, you'll dive into investigating and resolving employee injury claims. You'll be the key link between injured workers, healthcare providers, employers, and legal teams, ensuring fair and efficient claim handling. Master examination by assessing liability through detailed evaluations, hone investigation skills by interviewing claimants and reviewing medical files, and sharpen negotiation tactics for fair claim resolutions.
Ultimately, you'll confidently settle claims using your investigative insights.
Note, this is an in‑office opportunity out of our Overland Park, KS office.

Qualifications- 4‑year degree OR 3 years of relevant experience – ideal candidate for the role is a recent graduate or early‑career professional interested in a dynamic, intellectually engaging role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in building a long‑term career in insurance or claims management.
