Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Overland Park, KS

Compensation: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

• Organize and direct maintenance programs and staff throughout the apartment property.
• Assign and schedule work orders to maintenance team members.
• Follow up with all service requests.
• Assist with supervision of the Make‑Ready (unit turning) program.
• Maintain adequate parts and appliance inventory at all times.
• Oversee completion of the Preventive Maintenance Program and implement the Price Brothers Safety program.
• Consistently review the performance and activities of maintenance staff.

• 2‑3 years of multi‑family maintenance experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year experience in a management or leadership role.
• Knowledge of building trades and codes.
• Previous experience with HVAC systems.
• Excellent supervisory, training, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair).
• Flexibility to work on‑call and weekends as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver license and any other state‑required licenses or certifications.
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II or Universal).
