Position: Sr Manager, Operations (Renewals)

As the Senior Manager of our Renewals Operations
, you’ll oversee and optimize our organization’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll develop and implement strategies, lead teams, and drive performance improvements, often working with budgets and other resources. Key responsibilities include setting operational goals, analyzing processes, managing teams, cost control and collaborating with other senior leaders to achieve business objectives.

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000/year

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
  • Direct daily operations of the driving department to consistently exceed quality, productivity, and service benchmarks.
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to align departmental goals with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and manage performance metrics including aging, margin, and SLA compliance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee workload distribution and resource planning to maintain optimal team performance and service delivery.
  • Develop and analyze KPIs such as response time, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and team productivity to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and elevate service standards.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure accountability and effective issue resolution.
  • Partner with billing, customer success, renewals, initials, moves, and BPO teams to drive cross-departmental alignment and operational synergy.
  • Represent the Title and Registration team in leadership meetings, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Support business development and customer success initiatives, including the creation of support materials and participation in client engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to support service excellence and long‑term partnerships.
  • Analyze customer reports to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Resolve escalated issues and implement process changes to prevent recurrence and improve customer experience.
  • Foster a high‑performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and professional development of team members.
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and high morale.
  • Provide input on hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations to build a strong, balanced team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent field.
  • Must have 5‑10 years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, logistics and customer service.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus.
  • Must maintain a valid, current driver’s license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with general office equipment.
  • Working knowledge of transportation logistics and state titling requirements preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proactive in researching and resolving complex issues independently.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of performing effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Skilled in building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
