ACERTUS is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead our Title & License Team. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance within our processes. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about driving team performance and continuous improvement.

Location: Lenexa, KS

Pay: $70,000/year

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability.
• Maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members for growth and success.
• Establish and refine standard operating procedures for efficiency and compliance.
• Identify gaps and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
• Use data‑driven insights to optimize operations and support decision‑making.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance team environment.
• Address challenges promptly and professionally to maintain harmony.
• Partner with leadership to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must have 5–7 years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus.
• Must maintain a valid, current driver’s license.
