• Manage Accounts Payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices
• Communicate with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies related to payments and purchase orders
• Lead initiatives to enhance Accounts Payable processes, driving efficiency and accuracy
• Deliver monthly performance metrics and insights to management on Accounts Payable operations
• Participate in monthly close activities and perform reconciliations in collaboration with the Accounting team

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a finance environment, with at least 5 years in Accounts Payable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and team members
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Medius Accounts Payable Automation
• Management experience working with multiple entities and countries
• Familiarity with 1099 reporting requirements and sales tax audits
